CrustRelay is a pilot-stage foodservice concept operated by TerraTrade. This notice explains how information entered into our venue interest form is handled.
We collect the contact name, venue name, business email, postcode, venue category and other information you choose to provide regarding your venue's facilities and potential pizza programme requirements.
We use the information to assess suitability for a potential pilot and to respond to your enquiry. We do not use the form to take orders, payments or equipment reservations.
We process the details to respond to the business enquiry you initiated, on the basis of our legitimate interests in managing relevant enquiries, or to take steps requested before entering a business arrangement, as applicable.
Form submissions are handled by FormSubmit, a third-party form delivery service, and forwarded to the operator's email inbox. Please avoid submitting sensitive personal information.
We aim to delete inactive enquiries within 12 months, unless needed longer for a legitimate business or legal purpose. You can request access, correction or deletion of your information by replying to our email correspondence. You may also raise a complaint with the UK Information Commissioner's Office.
